Powerful but flawed

Well made and powerful. But it seems to have a flaw I need to contact the manufacturer about. When changing speed, the speeds seem to vary willy-nilly. When on full speed it maintains a steady pace, but when using the variable lower speeds it fluctuates up and down without any load. To me it seems like a fault in a switch. It is used as a full body massager and because of it's power it is awesome for relieving pains and tension in the neck due to compression in the discs. To be continued...
